Adam Procunier, The son of Peter Procunier JR (1764-1847) & Mary Elizabeth Procunier (1770-1847).  Adam was born April 25, 1798 in Huntingdon, County Pennsylvania, died June 30, 1840 at Walsingham Township, Norfolk County, Upper Canada (Ontario) aged 43 years. He married DESIRE NEAL (daughter of Rev. Maj. George and Mary (Cope) Neill), born at Beverly Township, Wentworth County, Upper Canada on 6 Feb 1801. After his death, Adam's wife and children settled at Bayham Twp., Elgin Colorado.  All nine of their children were born in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. Desire married 2nd  someone named Louks not long after Adams death.
