Werner Richard Procunierthe son of Olaf Milton Constantine Procunier & Frieda Boenning; married Dorothy Koch on 08 March 1930;  Warner was born on 19 May 1907 in Chicago, Illinois; died on 17 Nov 1988 in Chicago, Illinois.  Dorothy was born on 19 Dec 1910 in Chicago, Illinois; died on 27 Aug 1985 in Chicago, Illinois.

Warner was a pioneer in television telephones 1930-1936, general contractor, tool & die maker, business representative for machinest union (IAM) , active ham radio operator 9CSL, W9HEP, Chicago except for temp absence, Armour Institute (now Illinois Institute of Technology).  Richard Werner Procunier 9/22/98
