Charles was born May 29, 1888 in Montgomery County Dayton, Ohio to the parents of Jacob & Mary Catharine Procuniar.  Charles married Rose Juanita Garbig May 25, 1925 in Dayton, Ohio Rose was born on November 30, 1899, Greenville, Ohio. Most of her family lived in the Greenville, Ohio area.  Rose worked for the Laura Biscuit Company earlier in life.
There were  No children form this marriage of 42 years.  

Charles worked with his two brothers at the Dayton Power & Light Company for many years before his retirement.  Charles died October 19, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio and is buried in the Abbotsville Cemetery Van Buren Township, Darke County, Ohio along with his wife Rose.  

Rose Juanita Garbig was born November 30, 1899 in Greenville, Ohio and died June 05, 1992 also in Greenville, Ohio.  Aunt Rose was a wonderful person and lived to a ripe old age of 93.
